The label difference is striking! If it weren't a 78 I'd think it was a bootleg :)
Matrix reads: 121-X-1-TS-VLD____ and although obviously etched by the
same hand its physical size is a bit larger. Perhaps a demand pressing for jukes?
Although not pictured, "AA" side shows identical differences in label and matrix.
